Classical safaries, tours and photography
Classical Safaris and tours for photographers are standard or tailor made programs. Standard itineraries created in accordance with specifics of Namibia, Botswana, Zambia and suite to most of the travelers who would like to get familiar with a country or countries. Such tours include main highlights of the countries as well as the most popular activities. Tailor made tours can be much more complicated taking in to consideration individual preferences. Since 2010 Makalani Travel has been organizing group tours to Namibia for Russian speaking guests.
Safaris are escorted by English- or Russian (amateur)-speaking tour guide – driver. Self-drive tours are common among those who enjoy traveling independently, but recommended for experienced self drivers. The duration of the journey can be from 3 days and longer. A tour can be conducted by road or air, although it is very often ideal in combination, as you can see few countries in a short period of time.
